In the event of cancellation, there will be a standard charge of £25.00 per room.
Within ten days of arrival or non-arrival or curtailment of stay, reservations must regretfully be charged in full, excluding Christmas, New Year, the Cheltenham Festivals and Easter (28days).
We shall endeavour to re-let the accommodation on your behalf. We will then gladly refund the cost of accommodation, less a cancellation fee of £25.00 per room.
We suggest that all guests take necessary insurance to cover all eventualities.
